Every year, along with the start of spring, the Town of Türi becomes the Spring Capital. The beautiful garden town filled with greenery and flowers provides activities for the entire family—diverse cultural programs, sports events, walks in beautiful home gardens, and all until the title is transferred to the Summer Capital. Türi first received the title of Spring Capital on May 12, 2000. The “Spring Capital” trademark belongs to Türi since 2003.
Spring and Autumn Triathlon
Türi Spring and Autumn Triathlon, which has a long history, was given a new format in 2009. Together with sports people from Paide, organizers started to hold Paide-Türi Triathlon in spring. The competitors swim for 300 m free style in Paide swimming pool, cycle from Paide to Türi (13 km) and run for 2 km there.
In autumn, the Triathlon starts from Türi swimming pool, participants cycle to Paide, where a cross-country race takes place before the end of the Triathlon. Last year both best triathletes from Estonia and hobby sportsmen took part in teams of three as a relay race.
In 2014 the Spring Triathlon starts in Paide swimming pool on 27 April at 11a.m. and the Autumn Triathlon in Türi swimming pool on 28 September at 11a.m.
41th Türi Flower Fair
May 18-20, 2018
It has been several decades already that Flower Fair starts the spring gardening high time in Estonia. The Fair is held on the stadiums in Kalevi street in Türi. Gardening firms, nurseries and private gardens offer a wealth of plants both for vegetable patches and flowerbeds at the Fair. Gardening equipment and tools are on sale. Skilled masters in arts and crafts offer a whole range of handicraft items, made of all possible materials. There is an arts and crafts show in the gym, also a creche is open in the venue. All three days of the Fair provide visitors with diverse cultural programme. Lots of food stalls sell everything from snacks to proper meals.

Spring Festival of Türi
June 1-3, 2018
A multi-day event, with the keywords of music and nature. The Spring Festival provides diverse concerts, lectures on nature and the environment, quizzes, and hikes in nature.
Motocrosses at Kihli
Exciting events for those keen on motocross have been held at Kihli for 13 years. Competition for the best Estonian motocross drivers is also provided by foreign competitors. Spectators have opportunity for camping and swimming. Kihli Centre has become one of the most modern and well-built cross tracks in Estonia, egually highly thought of by local and foreign sportsmen, holding both legs of Estonian and European Cups.
Kabala Song and Dance Festival
July 28, 2018, 18 pm at the Kabala Song Stage
Traditional folk culture event of the Türi Rural Municipality, where choirs, folk dance groups and bands perform. Following the tradition, the parade precedes the concert and the day finishes with the party for perticipants and the audience.
Türi Lake Concert
August 20, 2018
Annual lake concert, which is dedicated to the Re-Independence Day of the Estonian Republic. The concert on the shore of Türi Lake provides a true musical experience, where one can enjoy the beautiful nature to the tune of charming music by top musicians.
Forestry Day at Tõrvaaugu

You can see how tar was made in the old days, how to assess the age of tree. Woodcutting and tractor-driving competitions will take place along with sports competitions and bonfire. At the Forest Day, you can start a friendship with nature and hike on the shores of the Saarjõe River. You can come on foot, by bicycle or other transport. A long tradition continues—this year’s Forest Day is the 20th.
All who are interested are welcome. Participation in the competitions is on an individual basis.

Türi Apple Festival
October 6, 2018 at 10 am in the Town Centre Park
Türi Municipality celebrates its birthday on 22 October. The apple has been chosen as the symbol of the Municipality and celebrations are introduced by the Apple Festival on the first Saturday in October which also has the delicious red apple as its symbol. There is a plan to hold a Conference dedicated to estonian Apple; also several competitions and shows take place. People who would like to sell goods that have something to do with apples, i.e food, handicraft, plants etc. are welcome to put up their stalls. Admission is free.
Paide-Türi People's Race
October 7, 2018 starting from Paide and Kirna
This time the Paide-Türi People's Race celebrates its 37th year. This event becomes more popular every year, and participants come from every corner of Estonia. The total distance is about 13 kilometers, although there is also the option of covering half the distance by starting in Kirna. In addition, there are children’s races.
